Ingredients:
60 ml light soy sauce
2 tbl smooth unsweetened peanut butter
1 tbl honey
2 tsp ricewine vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp black pepper
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tsp light or dark miso paste
1 tsp gochujang (or other) hot chilli paste
Method:
Whisk or blend with a stick blender all the ingredients together.
The sauce will keep in an airtight container for up to a month in the fridge.
